Day 2
Fresh Juices Daily

  • Hot water and lemon – Kick starts your metabolism  

  • Yoga – Beginners morning session.

  • Fresh Juice and Nutritional Breakfast

  • Mindfulness Activities. Body Scan, Mindful seeing, listening, and breathing.

  • Nutritious Plant Based Lunch

  • Full body massage or facial - Increase Circulation. Facials help to renew skin cells Royal Greens

Retreat stays begin with a consultation with a Health & Wellness Advisor, who guides each guest on their journey of wellness throughout their stay and beyond.

Hand renewal - You likely wash your hands more than any other part of your body.  Replenish hydration in your hands with a natural lemon and sugar scrub to exfoliate followed by olive oil with lavender
